Custom Roll Forming For Any Application

MMC expertly transforms coiled sheet metal into uniform cross-section shapes by passing it through a series of rolling dies. Our expansive tooling allows for a variety of custom shapes, and our efficient automated manufacturing and robust material inventory means you get what you need, when you need it.

Our cost-effective roll forming offers tight cross-section tolerances, reduced scrap, and significantly quicker production compared to press brake operations. MMC is your ideal choice for high precision and high volume manufacturing requirements. What can we make for you?

Roll Forming Benefits

  • Fast: Production speeds range from 100 to 300 feet per minute.
  • Cost-Effective: One of the most affordable methods of turning flat metal strip into hollow and semi-hollow shapes.
  • High-Volume: Can support large-scale production, especially compared to press braking.
  • Repeatability: Once tooling is formed, the process is highly consistent.
  • Versatility: Roll forming can produce complex, custom profiles with precise dimensional accuracy.
  • Sustainable: Minimal material waste is generated during the process.

Capabilities

MMC Roll Form is a U.S.-based custom roll forming company specializing in long length and critical finishes. Our state-of-the-art facility in Michigan features 14 roll mills, allowing us to perform up to 21 passes and achieve the tightest tolerances. Our specialists can design and engineer tooling for many custom roll forming applications. Customers can also take advantage of our existing tooling inventory to reduce initial costs. We further help our customers save money by offering in-line piercing of holes, slots, and extruding fasteners.

Please note that we don’t accept projects requiring fewer than 10,000 linear feet of material. For smaller or short-run production, you may want to consider press braking.
