Founded in 1975, MMC Roll Form helps companies across the United States through custom roll forming. Our state-of-the-art facility features 14 roll mills, allowing us to provide up to 21 passes to create intricate and complex profiles. We can manufacture roll-formed products from most ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including coated metal.
To help our customers save time and money on high-volume orders, MMC Roll Form offers value-added capabilities, including pre-piercing and notching, offline fabrication and assembly, and pre-made tooling.

By investing in 14 roll mills, MMC can create virtually any lineal profile and hold tight tolerances (from +/- 0.030” to +/- 0.010”) on profile dimensions. We also specialize in constant sweep and provide in-house pre-piercing, cutoff and notching, and offline fabrication and assembly.
Our materials can be pre-painted or embossed on one or both sides, and we offer galvanized (G30 to G360) and specialty anodized coatings for added protection.
Our maximum input strip width for all metal materials is 14”. Our minimum and maximum thicknesses vary based on the type of metal we’re roll forming. See the chart for more details.
